How to get the source
rcms sources are stored in bazaar-ng.
bazaar-ng is actively developed by 
canonical
Fetch the sources
a simple command does it all:
bzr branch http://oopen.de/bzr/rcms-0.4.dev
to stay up to date with the remote branch:
bzr pull http://oopen.de/bzr/rcms-0.4.dev
